1. Information we collect

Account information: the email address you register with. Your password is never stored in plain text; it is hashed and managed by our authentication provider.

Usage information: the articles you read, bookmarks you save, companies and topics you follow, your reading settings, and the questions and messages you send to the in-app AI assistant.

Technical information: device type, app version, and diagnostic or crash reports used to keep the app working. Our infrastructure providers may process your IP address to deliver the service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the service, personalize your feed and recommendations, answer your questions, maintain security, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the product.

3. AI assistant

When you use the in-app AI assistant, the content of your messages is sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate a response. Do not include sensitive personal information in your messages that you would not want processed by that provider.

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers that operate the app on our behalf: authentication, database, and hosting providers; crash and error reporting; and the AI model provider described above. These providers may only process your information to provide their service to us.

Public data sources (for example, regulatory filings and news sources) are read-only inputs to the product. We do not send your personal information to them.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from the app (Account, then Delete account). Deleting your account removes your account and its associated data, including your bookmarks, reading history, follows, and AI conversations. This action cannot be undone.

6. Your rights

You can access and update your account information in the app, and delete your account and data as described above. To make any other request regarding your information, contact us at the address below.

7. Security

We protect your information in transit with encryption, and passwords are stored only in hashed form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

HumbleDaily is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Not financial advice

HumbleDaily is an informational and educational product. Nothing in the app is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it should not be relied on to make investment decisions.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
