These Terms of Service govern your use of the HumbleDaily app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
HumbleDaily helps you understand financial news and the companies behind it. It is an informational and educational product only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and we are not a broker, dealer, or investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use HumbleDaily.
3. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. One account is for one person. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app: no scraping or automated data extraction, no reverse engineering, no attempts to break security or access other users’ data, no reselling or redistributing content, and no unlawful use.
5. AI-generated content
The in-app AI assistant generates answers automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on it as a sole source of truth. Verify anything important before acting on it.
6. Market and company data
Company and market information in the app comes from third-party sources such as regulatory filings and news providers. It is provided on an "as is" basis, may be delayed or contain errors, and must not be treated as a basis for trading decisions.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Where a subscription is offered, its price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown to you before purchase. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store’s terms, including its billing and refund policies.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its original content are owned by HumbleDaily or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or the service.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HumbleDaily is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the app.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which HumbleDaily operates. The specific governing law and dispute resolution venue will be stated here before public launch.
